INVESTORS IN PEOPLE (IIP)

The Bell has gained accreditation with Investors in People. After having been told at an initial audit in May 2003, that the Aims of the Home embraced at least 50% of what is required to achieve the Award, we decided to meet the challenge and were ready to be assessed in Dec. 2003 only taking seven months to complete the process.

When people ask what is IIP we reply that it is commitment to training and maximising the potential of a Company's workforce therefore improving the performance of the Company.
